For leaders seeking to discover—both personally and professionally—what it looks like to work in full time vocational ministry. Serving with us will empower and equip you as well as accelerate your growth and give you vital experience towards a future in serving the church.

As an intern, you would receive leadership training on Grace Staff culture, self-discovery, personal growth, and job-specific responsibilities. In addition, you would participate in staff meetings, retreats, and conferences. There is also an evaluation process that would direct next steps.

As an intern you would be expected to live into the qualifications outlined in the Bible of spiritual leaders, living above reproach in personal holiness, and displaying a life of integrity and character. Additionally, you would be expected to embrace our staff values.

The expectation is that this internship would last a semester long. You should expect to spend between 10-20 hours weekly on supervision, staff meetings, House Church leading or coaching, leadership content engagement, and mission project planning.
